Heilströmen is an Android app developed by ChiTao that is a creative learning aid for students of various Ström teachings like Japanese Heilströmen, Rangdröll, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and more. This traditional Eastern method of harmonizing body, mind, and soul involves gentle touches to certain body points, which affect the energy flow in the meridians.
The app contains image sequences that can be used by beginners to learn the techniques without any prior knowledge of Heilströmen or Jin Shin Jyutsu. The app is also designed to work without an internet connection. Simply select the current complaint from the list and follow the recommended Ström sequences. By tapping the screen, you can move on to the next combination.
Although some points may require another person's help, the app provides creative solutions for self-treatment. The app also includes descriptions and images of all 26 energy gates and the steps (right and left flow) for 39 Ström sequences, which are available in the paid PRO version.
